Established since December 2023, and based out of Austin, Texas, our main purpose of why the company began was to simply help small businesses grow their online presence and visibility. Our number one commitment is to make sure every single one of our full care and support throughout the entire partnership.
We make sure our clients have our personal cell number, and can feel ease knowing that no matter the time or day, they can reach out to us. Our passion throughout our lives has always been helping people and we are more than excited to assist in driving growth for your business!
Domenic Cozier
Born & raised in Boston, Massachusetts, and currently live in Austin, Texas as of about 4 years ago. I graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, where I was blessed to have played Division 1 football and become a captain my senior year. After college, I was led to Dell Technologies where I was a sales rep for the first two years of my professional career, and then transitioned into a District Sales Manager covering 13 states in the South Central US area.
My passion for helping people has been within me for my entire life so I had an amazing two years leading my sales reps, and helping hundreds of businesses modernize their infrastructure. These experiences not only deepened my understanding of the sales landscape but also instilled in me a passion for driving meaningful change within organizations.
After 4 great years at Dell, I began a new journey and co-founded ABDC Agency, which was driven by the same vision of empowering small-medium businesses reach new heights of success. Integrity and communication is what exemplifies this company, and no matter the size of the business we work with, we make a commitment to our clients to deliver and stay true to our word. I look forward to potentially working with you and starting our partnership!

Aaron Bates
I was born in West Bloomfield, Michigan, and graduated from Western Michigan where I earned my Bachelor's Degree. During my time at Western Michigan University, I studied Sales and Marketing. I dedicated eight years of my professional journey to the insurance and tech industries. After my tenure at Allstate, I transitioned to Dell Technologies, where I have passionately served for the past four years.
During this time, I worked my way from an inside sales rep to a manager and lastly to a field sales rep where I covered all local government accounts in Austin, Texas. My relentless efforts have resulted in generating millions of dollars in revenue for the company.
After leaving Dell Technologies, Dom and I decided to start an agency to help small and local businesses grow their online presence. We have a passion for helping businesses reach their full potential with a little bit of our assistance. We look forward to helping you and your team grow and reach the goals that you have for this year.
